Service. NullPoint provides threat scoring for email, SMS (on-device filter), and caller-ID lists. It does not guarantee every scam is caught or that every quarantine is correct.
Your grades. When you Block, Mark safe, or Report, you are labeling data used to improve detection. You own the decision; we own the models and fleet intel derived under these terms.
No liability for misses. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NullPoint is not liable for losses from phishing, smishing, vishing, or other fraud that our systems miss or mis-score.
Acceptable use. Do not abuse reporting to harass senders, poison training data, or probe other users’ mailboxes.
Accounts. You may delete your account and personal connector data at any time from Account settings.
Changes. We may update these terms for the pilot; continued use after notice means acceptance.
